- Insulated down jacket (800 fill or better)
- Waterproof hard shell jacket & pants
- Fleece mid-layer
- Merino wool base layers (×3)
- Mountaineering boots (double or single)
- Gaiters
- Warm mountaineering gloves + liners
- Balaclava, warm hat, sun hat
Technical Equipment
- Crampons (12-point, compatible with boots)
- Ice axe (standard length)
- Climbing harness

Pack & Sleeping
- 50–70L mountaineering pack
- Sleeping bag (-20°C rated)

- High-SPF sunscreen (×2)
- Lip balm with SPF
- Blister prevention gel (Gurney Goo)
- Water bottles + bladder (3L total)
